eloboost.gg, operated by Digital Gaming Services LLC, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We take every claim of copyright infringement seriously and review valid notices promptly and fairly, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe that material available on eloboost.gg infringes a copyright you own or control, you may notify us using the process described below.

a

All notifications of claimed copyright infringement, as well as counter-notifications, must be sent exclusively to our designated contact:

b

Email: support@eloboost.gg (recommended subject line: "DMCA Takedown Notice" or "Copyright Claim").

c

Only notices that substantially comply with the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) and are sent to this address will be processed under this policy.

3Filing a Takedown Notice

To help us act on your request as quickly as possible, your written notice must include all of the following:

a

A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.

b

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of those works.

d

Your full contact information: legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

e

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

f

A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the right that is allegedly infringed.

4What Happens Next
a

When we receive a complete and valid notice that meets the statutory requirements, we act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material identified as allegedly infringing.

b

We will also make reasonable efforts to notify the user whose content was removed or disabled, so that they have the opportunity to respond with a counter-notification.

5Counter-Notification

If your content was removed or disabled and you believe this was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to support@eloboost.gg. A valid counter-notification must contain:

a

Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location (URL) at which it appeared before removal.

b

Your name, mailing address, and telephone number.

c

A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

d

Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Digital Gaming Services LLC may be found.

e

A statement that you will accept service of process from the party that filed the original notice, or from that party’s agent.

6Restoring Removed Material

We will promptly forward a valid counter-notification to the party who submitted the original complaint. If we do not receive notice within 10 to 14 business days that that party has filed a court action seeking to restrain the relevant activity, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.

7Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers, in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512.

8Misrepresentation

Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. We appreciate your help in keeping our platform fair and respectful for everyone.
